Develops, implements, coordinates, and manages the Quality, ISO 9001 Standard, Risk Management, and Process Improvement Programs for the PMRF project.
Reviews administrative and technical procedures for correct content and completeness.
Monitors, inspects, and analyzes processes to ensure compliance with procedures.
Monitors, inspects, and analyzes the operation, maintenance, installation, and modification of systems and equipment and associated recordkeeping ensuring compliance with procedures.
Interfaces and coordinates with Government counterparts and other Manu Kai ensure mutual awareness of quality program status and developments.
Prepares and submits all CDRLs for the QA Department.
Full authority to coordinate the rework of non-conforming work and have full responsibility for ensuring performance objectives and standards are met and specific requirements are accomplished.
Ensures subcontractors implement a QM program which meets the requirements of this contract.
Available during regular working hours

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer or experience gained by performing specialized work in a closely related professional occupation such as Industrial Engineering or other engineering and scientific fields.
Prior management experience highly desirable.
DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related engineering and scientific fields based on a 4-year course of study from a US accredited college, university, or equivalent institution.
Upon approval of the Government Task Manager, equivalent work experience and education/certification will also be acceptable in lieu of the education degree requirement.
CITIZENSHIP/SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Secret security clearance is required. Applicants selected must be a US Citizen in order to apply for a Secret security Clearance. Applicants selected either must currently possess a Secret clearance or will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain clearance prior to commencement of employment, and maintain a security clearance for access to classified information or Closed/Restricted Areas throughout duration of employment.
