What you’ll be doing:

This role forms part of a recent restructure of the Asset Management function and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of Hanover’s ambitious asset management strategy.

Within this role you will provide a Quality Assurance service within the Property Services team, ensuring that we meet defined objectives and outputs, whilst providing an excellent service to our customers

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead on and develop solutions to improve the information technology systems within the property services team ensuring property services IT systems;
• Support Hanover’s vision for choice for our residents and allow us to understand how property services can improve the quality of our resident’s lives.
• Report and demonstrate value for money and allow us to understand the return on investment Hanover gets on our homes.
• Provide confidence to board and ELT via IT system reports that compliance and regulatory requirements are being meet and risks are understood and mitigated.
• Ensure that our systems support each other and provide colleagues with the correct data and reporting.
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity and capacity for Property Services colleagues.

Who we need:

For the Quality Assurance Manager; we need dedicated individuals, with knowledge of systems and technology used within Asset Management. You should be comfortable in working in a changing environment, and be able to apply strong specialist skills to managing technical areas of responsibility

Key Skills and experiences required:

• Completing audits in a complex environment
• Implementing integrated technology solutions
• Writing complex reports, and developing and managing risk registers
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Budgetary and business planning knowledge with strong financial and commercial acumen
