JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be expected to build upon their existing knowledge and skills and demonstrate an aptitude and enthusiasm to work towards becoming a Quality Assurance Manager.

Customers experience with their Swan products is closely monitored. The Quality Assurance Engineers role is to investigate the reasons why some products are returned to the business. This may require physical checks to establish reasons for damage or failure and also the analysis of data collected from either our customers or consumers. Working closely with the Customer Support team. Formal reports are required.

Packaging requirements and Instruction Booklets, both in-house and Customer specifications, are to be checked and tested by the Quality Assurance Engineer.
