Optasia Medical develops radiography-based software tools which improve patient care by providing clinically relevant information quickly and clearly. Physicians can then make more informed decisions in managing patients suffering from musculoskeletal diseases.
We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance manager to maintain and improve the company quality management system in accordance with company, national and international standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System, including its processes and policies, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations;
• Train employees on the appropriate use of the company’s QMS;
• Implement new or updated standards, laws and regulations within the QMS;
• Plan, manage and maintain the annual internal audit programme;
• Define and analyse Key Performance Indicators to monitor company and process performance;
• Establish, maintain and improve an effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) system to identify, investigate and resolve nonconformities, potential nonconformities and their causes;
• Report to the CEO on QMS performance (Management Review);
• Facilitate the generation of quality objectives;
• Act as liaison with external parties on matters related to the quality management system.
Experience
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a scientific discipline, you will have experience of working in the software industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working in the medical device industry. Significant knowledge of quality tools, techniques and improvement techniques is desirable.
