Continuous Improvement Support Manager

You’ll begin with a 10 week induction on World Class Mail at our training academy. From there, you’ll rotate around 8-12 delivery offices supporting your manager as they roll out enhanced working practices through the application of new methods and tools particularly those focused on improving the safety and wellbeing of our people. Your primary focus will be on offering coaching and mentoring to really embed the changes, gain buy-in from teams and ensure that everyone is performing well under the new conditions.

What you’ll need

• Experience in supporting business improvement or change programmes
• Preferably a background in the manufacturing or logistics sectors
• An understanding of HSE
• Willingness to learn in your own time
• Strong influencing and communication skills
