Quality Manager – AMCOR Flexibles Extrusion

This exciting and challenging role will provide quality and systems expertise to support major new business expansion and drive quality excellence as part of the Extrusion Business Unit which has
operations in the UK, France, Spain and Belgium.

care, medical and industrial markets.
The Ilkeston site, which employs c100 people, has benefitted from ongoing, significant investment
in state of the art, blown film extrusion equipment which is attracting business from global, blue
chip customers, each with their own stringent quality systems and requirements. The site is already
ISO9001 and BRC accredited so your challenge will be to take ownership, drive and further develop
quality systems to ensure consistency, sustainability and standardisation of processes which will meet,
and exceed, exacting customer demands. Managing a small on site quality team, you will work with
Customers and the European Extrusion Quality Team to develop best practice within this Centre of
Applicants will preferably be qualified to degree level with proven expertise in driving quality excellence
within a packaging, or similar, high volume, progressive manufacturing environment e.g. automotive,
pharmaceuticals, FMCG. You will possess strong leadership ability with the gravitas, drive and energy
to be able to positively influence at all levels both internally and within the customer base.
